HART, RETIRED PRR EMPLOYEE, DIES Robert Owen Hart of 5013 Oak avenue, well known retired Pennsylvania railroad employe, died at his home at 6.30 o'clock last evening. Mr. Hart was born in Altoona, Jan. 21, 1866, a son of David and Harriet (McPherran) Hart. He retired as a coremaker in the South Altoona foundry Oct. 1, 1931 after 48 years and seven months of service. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Clara (Michael) Hart, one son and one daughter, Clarence M. and Mrs. Naomi Walters of Altoona, three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Mr. Hart was a member of the First Church of Christ and the Maccabees. Friends may call at the Lafferty funeral home after 7 o'clock this evening. Altoona Mirror, January 10, 1951
