MRS. JESSIE CLYDE HAUSER,

Of 329 Spruce Ave., died at 7.15 a.m. today at the Altoona Hospital
after an extended illness.  She was born in Altoona Dec. 7, 1886, a
daughter of John Austin and Margaret (Shoenfelt) Harpster.  Surviving
are her husband, William C. Hauser; three sons and three daughters,
Robert L. with the United States Army at Metuchen, N.J., William and
Miss Mary at home and John A., Mrs. Dorothy Orner and Mrs. Margaret
Chamberlain of Altoona; one sister, Mrs. Alice Dick of Altoona; two
brothers, Homer Harpster of Juniata and Earl of Buffalo, N. Y.; 11
grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  She was of the United
Brethren faith.  Friends will be received at the Axe Funeral Home after
7 p.m. tomorrow.
