Hawksworth died this morning at 5 o'clock of consumption at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. George Hawksworth, 2616 West Chestnut avenue. Deceased was born April 23, 1863 at Springfield Furnace and was the daughter of Wm. and Margaret Hawksworth, deceased. She leaves her husband and one son, aged 12 years; also one sister Thea. Bailey, of Philadelphia, and one brother, Joseph Black, of this city. Deceased had lived in Wilmerding for ten years, and came to Altoona only yesterday morning. She was a member of the Lutheran church of Wilmerding. The funeral will take place on Saturday afternoon at 2:30; services to be conducted at the house by Dr. James and Rev. Hileman. Interment in Fairview cemetery.
