MRS. MATILDA (ANDERSON) HAYES

Aged former resident of the vicinity of Juniata and widow of Samuel A.
Hayes, died at 7.10 o'clock yesterday morning at the home of a son,
Clarence Hayes, 1209 Race street, Williamsport, of a stroke suffered
several days ago.  Mrs. Hayes observed her 95th birthday last Tuesday. 
She was born in the vicinity of Altoona and resided there for many
years.  She was the last member of her immediate family and is survived
only by one son and one grandson.  Funeral services will be held at 2
o'clock tomorrow afternoon at Knight's funeral home, Williamsport.
Interment will be made in Mound cemetery.
