DR. H. FOSTER HAZLETT.

  Dr. H. Foster Hazlett, of Pueblo, Col., died in that city Sunday 
morning.  He leaves a wife, formerly Miss Bell Campbell, of Belleville, 
Pa., two little daughters in Pueblo and his mother and two sisters, of 
this city.  Dr. Hazlett was a graduate of Jefferson Medical college, 
Philadelphia, of the class '92.  Many Altoonans will remember him as a 
nurse in the Altoona hospital during '91 and '92.  He was a consistent 
member of the First Presbyterian church of Pueblo, where he had 
practiced his profession for the last four and a half years and where 
he leaves a host of warm friends.
