Mrs. Isaac Heckman, wife of Rev. Isaac Heckman, a retired member of the Central 
Pennsylvania conference of the Methodist Episcopal church, died at her home in 
Sunbury on Sunday at 9:09 o’clock, from a complication of diseases.  She was 
widely known, highly esteemed and greatly beloved by all who knew her.  She was 
aged 68 years and is survived by her husband, formerly pastor of Tyrone, Lock 
Haven and other churches, one son, Rev. E. R. Heckman, the present pastor of 
the last named church, and two daughters, Mrs. H. W. Mattern, of Johnstown, and 
Mrs. J. W. Hinebauch, of Sunbury.  Funeral services will occur tomorrow morning 
at Sunbury at 8:30 o’clock, followed by interment at Mifflintown.
