HELTMAN Of 2917 Pine avenue who has been ill since Sunday, died this morning at his home. He was employed by the Fluke lumber company until 1929 and since then has been unemployed. He is survived by his wife and two daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Blesh of Endicott, N.Y., and Mrs. Evelyn H. Sivyer of Milwaukee, Wis. Five grandchildren also survive: Marilyn and Romert Blesh of Endicott, and Jane, Fred and Allen Sivyer of Milwaukee. Friends will be received at the Lafferty funeral home. HELTMAN - Funeral services for C. E. Heltman will be held on Monday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the Lafferty funeral home. Burial will be made at Highland cemetery in Lock Haven, Pa.
