She was born in Freden, Germany, on Dec. 11, 1879, a daughter of Henry and Anna Sabathne, and on Sept. 13, 1902, in New York married Gustav Hugo Hemminger, who preceded her in death a number of years ago. Surviving are a son, Herman of the city, two sisters and a brother, Mrs. Emma B. Myers of Hialeah, Fla., Mrs. Henrietta Richers of Seattle, Wash., and A. J. of the city. Mrs. Hemminger came to this country in 1881 and for a number of years had a steamship passenger agency in the city. She was a member of St. Leo's Catholic Church, the George A. Wolf Jr. Chapter of American War Mothers, the V.F.W. Auxiliary and the American Anti-Vivisection Society of Philadelphia, Friends will be received at the Krish Funeral Home after 7 p.m. tomorrow.
