HENGST Of 214 Garber street, Hollidaysburg, widow of Landis Hengst, died at her home at 7.40 o'clock yesterday morning. She was born on Aug. 12, 1878, a daughter of John and Catherine Socey. Surviving are five sisters and one brother, Mrs. Mary Deahm, Mrs. Katie Conrad and Miss Bertha Socey of Eldorado, Mrs. Nellie Burger, Mrs. Tillie Ringler and Charles Socey, all of Hollidaysburg. Mrs. Hengst was a member of St. Michael's Catholic church, Hollidaysburg. HENGST - The funeral of Mrs. Mary M. Hengst of 214 Garber street, Hollidaysburg, will be held from the St. Michael's Catholic church, Hollidaysburg, with requiem mass at 9 o'clock Thursday morning. Interment in the Presbyterian cemetery at Hollidaysburg. Friends are being received at the home. Altoona Mirror, March 1, 1939
