He was born at Bald Eagle, a son of Wesley Sherman and Ellen Louise (Carson) Henninger. He was married July 2, 1990 at Winchester, VA to Olive Cowher. He is survived by his wife, daughter Audrey Ann Henninger, son Lee H. Henninger, Jr. and a grandson Devon Henninger, all at home; his mother Ellen Louise Henninger of RD3, Bald Eagle. He is also survived by one brother and four sisters: Barry Lynn Henninger of Grazierville; Doreen Becker of Dysart, PA; Eileen E. Glace and Ellen E. Henninger of RD3, Tyrone and Joy Hunter of Tyrone; a sister-in-law, Venessa Henninger of Tyrone and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father in 1973 and a brother, Wesley S., Jr. in 1998. He was a member of the Bald Eagle Methodist Church and a graduate of Tyrone Area High School in 1974. Mr. Henninger was a member of the Hookies Fire Company and the McIntyre Hunting Camp. He was employed as a supervisor at Albemarle Corp., Tyrone for over 20 years. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 28, 2006 at 11 a.m. at the Derman Funeral Home, Inc., Tyrone, with Pastor Michele Somerville officiating. Interment will be at Presbyterian Cemetery, Port Matilda, PA. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Contributions in his memory may be given to the Boy Scout Troop No. 103, c/o Bald Eagle Methodist Church.
