Hetrick, 87, 101 Locust St., Williamsburg, died early Saturday morning, June 13, 1998, at J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital, Huntingdon, following a lengthy illness. He was born Dec. 30, 1910, in Woodbury Township, Williamsburg RR2, the son of the late Miles D. and Gertrude (Snare) Hetrick. He married Catherine Streightiff Aug. 5, 1939 in Lewistown. Mr. Hetrick was a member of Williamsburg United Methodist Church. He retired as superintendent of operations and maintenance for Penelec, Williamsburg plant, in 1973, after 40 years of service. Mr. Hetrick attended Williamsburg schools. He enjoyed bowling, golfing and traveling. Mr. Hetrick was a member of the Penelec Omega Club bowling team and a former member of the Iron Masters Country Club, Roaring Spring RR1. Surviving are his wife; a son, Terry Carl of New York City; a daughter, Judith L. Macnab of Tucson, Ariz.; a brother H. Franklin of Williamsburg; and four grandchildren.
