Heverly died at her home on Burley avenue at 4.50 o'clock yesterday from paralysis. She was the widow of the late Jacob Heverly and had been ill since January 29, 1916. She was seized with the third and last stroke on Saturday, and since that time had been gradually sinking. Deceased was born March 22, 1838, and was the daughter of Samuel and Sara Lamborn, pioneer residents of Clearfield county. She lived for twenty years at the old homestead and was married in 1858 to Jacob Heverly after which they came to Tyrone. The latter preceded her to the grave on December 12, 1905. She was the mother of eight children, three of whom survive. They are: Mrs. Sarah Ewing, Mrs. Ira T. Cook and Mrs. T. E. Snyder, all of this place. She also leaves a brother, George Lamborn, of Pittsburg, and one sister, Mrs. Rebecca Higley, of Madera. Mrs. Heverly was a consistent Christian woman and plighted her faith with the Methodist Episcopal church at an early age. Funeral Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. George M. Glenn in charge.
