She was found dead in bed when members of the household went to call her for breakfast. The body was still warm, showing that death had ensued during the early morning hours. The cause was pronounced paralysis. The woman apparently had been in good health considering her age when she retired for the night. The deceased was aged 73 years on March 10 last and was a native of Clearfield county. For many years she resided in Altoona, 2629 Union avenue, being her home until her husband, the late Samuel U. Heverly, died several years ago. She was a member of the Simpson Methodist church in this city. These children survive: Mrs. Glasgow at whose home she died; Mrs. Mary Byers, of Coalport; William C. and Frank J., of this city and I. C. Heverly.
