HILDEBRAND A former resident of Altoona, died at his home in Johnsonburg at noon Tuesday after one week's illness. He was born in Mt. Union on Sept. 2, 1862, a son of William and Margaret (Gilliland) Hildebrand, and was married in Mt. Union to Miss Jennie Himes, who died three years ago. Surviving are one daughter, Jeanetta, at home; one sister, Mrs. Maggie Lutz, and the following nieces and nephews: Earl V., Olive and H. A. Lutz and Mrs. P. B. Hanly, all of the city. While a resident of Altoona Mr. Hildebrand was employed at the rolling mill. He left the city thirty-five years ago, going to Johnsonburg where he was employed in a paper mill. He was a member of the Methodist church, the Masonic orders and the Knights of Pythias. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the home in Johnsonburg.
