Things Briefly Told.

  Samuel Hileman, father of Mrs. William S. Humes, Mrs. William S. 
Hammond, Mrs. J. M. Erb, of Jersey City, and of the late Mrs. Olmes, 
died at the residence of W. S. Humes, on Twelfth avenue, at 7 o'clock 
last evening.  Funeral at 3 o'clock on Sunday afternoon.
