Himes of Point Marion, Pa., a son of Mr. and Mrs. S. W. Himes of 500 East Harrison avenue, died on Thursday afternoon at his home after a brief illness from influenza. He was born in Bedford county, April 12, 1883, and had been a Baltimore and Ohio agent for the past sixteen years. He took charge of the Point Marion station eleven years ago. He was a member of the Lutheran church, Masons, Odd Fellows and the Agents and Telegraphers' union. He is survived by his parents, his wife and six children, Blanche, Nellie, Harold, Wilma, Wayne and Burke, and the following sisters: Mrs. Bertie McClain and Mrs. Stella Fleck of Huntingdon county and Mrs. Nora Tipton of 604 East Harrison avenue, this city. The remains were brought to this city yesterday and interment was made in Greenwood cemetery at 4 o'clock.
