Robert R. Hinish
Dec. 31, 1919  -  Oct. 27, 2009

Robert R. Hinish, 89, Hollidaysburg, died Tuesday at home after a brief 
illness.  He was born in Hollidaysburg, son of George and Minnie (Rogers) Hinish.  He
married Rose M. on  Nov. 11, 1942 in Maryland.  She preceded him in death
Oct. 3, 2006.

Surviving is a daughter, Barbara Hinish of Hollidaysburg. Robert was a 1937 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School. He was a U.S. Army
Veteran of WWII.  He was a self-employed carpenter and contractor, retiring in 
1981. Robert loved golf and was a stockholder in Iron Masters Country Club.

Friends will be received from 3 to 4 p.m. funeral service today, Oct. 29, 
2009, at The Good Funeral Home Inc., Alto-Reste Park Cemetery 
(www.thegoodfuneralhomeinc.com), Pastor Rich Harter officiating.  Interment at 
Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
