HINISH Of Martinsburg, died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Howard Beach of Martinsburg, at 9.45 o'clock yesterday morning of a heart ailment. Mr. Hinish was born at Rays Cove, Fulton county, Oct. 6, 1877, the son of Wilson H. and Sarah (Shaeffer) Hinish; and was a retired caretaker for the state highway department. His wife, Mrs. Margaret (Smith) Hinish, whom he married May 12, 1897, died 21 years ago. Surviving are these children: Wilmer E. of Curryville, Irvin A. of Hollidaysburg, Mrs. Lester Steel of East Freedom, Merle W. and Mrs. Howard Beach of Martinsburg, Mrs. George Stonerook, Mrs. Ray W. Hoover and Mrs. Ralph Clapper, all of Martinsburg, R.D.; one sister, Mrs. Jennie Quarry of Martinsburg; two brothers, Luther of Saxton and George of Hollidaysburg; 31 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Two children, Elmer and Lloyd, preceded him in death. He was a member of the Church of the Brethren of Martinsburg. Friends will be received at the Miller funeral home, Martinsburg.
