WILLIAM HIPPENSTALL,

Of Frankstown, died at the Altoona hospital at 8:45 o'clock last 
evening, of blood poisoning.  Deceased was admitted April 12, suffering 
with a crush of the right leg, sustained by a tree which he was 
chopping down falling upon him.  When he arrived at the hospital the 
wound was infected and would not permit of an operation.  On Wednesday 
his foot was amputated.  Deceased was aged 69 years.  A wife and 
several children survive.
