She was born at Westover Jan. 11, 1873, the daughter of William and Naomi (Westover) Sybert and was the widow of Frederick W. Hippo, who died April 9, 1930. Surviving are these daughters: Mrs. Marie Frye of Westover, Mrs. Naomi Ehret of Youngstown, O., Mrs. Ewing and Mrs. Eileen Rupert of Altoona; the following sons: Fred of Youngstown, O., Ralph of Altoona, Irvin (Joe) of Juniata and George of Altoona; 16 grandchildren, two great- grandchildren and the following sisters: Miss Amanda Sybert of Allentown, Mrs. Libbo Barto of Irvona, Mrs. Grace Lawhead of Westover and Mrs. Jane Beveridge of Barnesboro. Mrs. Hippo was a member of the First Baptist church and the Ladies' auxiliary 124, B. of R.T. Friends are being received at the home. HIPPO - Funeral services for Celia Belle Hippo of 625 Sixth avenue, Juniata, will be held at the home Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock in charge of Rev. P. E. Mundy. Interment in Rose Hill cemetery.
