Died.

HIPSLEY - William H. Hipsley, a former citizen of Altoona, died in the 
Harrisburg State Lunatic Asylum on Thursday last.  He was at one time a 
local preacher and a member of the First M.E. church, Altoona, but 
afterwards joined the Lutheran church.  He had been an inmate of the 
asylum for perhaps a year.  He leaves a wife and several children to 
mourn his loss.
