MRS. EDNA E. (ROYER) HITE

Wife of Peter E. Hite, formerly of Altoona, died at her home, 758 
Saville avenue, Eddystone, Pa., Wednesday after an illness of six 
weeks. She was born Feb. 13, 1895 at Gardner's Mills, in Logan 
township, the daughter of Edwin and Nancy (McCormick) Royer. She was a 
member of the Methodist church and is survived by her husband, one 
sister, Mrs. Mabel V. Burley of Altoona and a number of nieces and 
nephews. Friends will be received at the home of her nephew, Ross E. 
Runyon, 507 1/2 Willow avenue, after tomorrow noon.
