Hite died at his home in Gaysport on Wednesday night at 10.40 o'clock, death being caused by pneumonia after a short illness. He is survived by his wife and one daughter, Helen, aged 7 years. A sister and brother, Blain Hite and Mrs. Annie Sinn residing in Philadelphia and a brother, George Hite of Wilmerding, are his nearest surviving relatives. Harry S. Hite was a brakeman in the Hollidaysburg railroad yards and was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen. He was born July 18, 1881, and was 37 years, 4 months and 23 days old at the time of his death. Private funeral services will be held at his late home at 2.30 o'clock on Saturday.
