Blair County Genealogical Society, Hoenstine Obituary Collection, vol. 7, p. 84 (1950) [pencil date "5-2-50", which coincides with the publication date in the Altoona Mirror; this coupled with the phrase "at 1.50 o'clock yesterday afternoon" gives us the death date 1 May 1950; the middle initial is apparently a typo for "T" - ed.]
