She was a native of Roaring Spring, and was married to Mr. Hite about eight years ago, and came here with her young husband and took up the duties of wedded life, with every prospect of a happy future. Since coming among us, she has been very active good worker and endearing herself in many hearts. [sic] She was a consistent member of St. Patrick's church, where her interest in church work, will be much missed. She will also be much missed in the social circle and among her friends and neighbors. But the hardest and saddest loss will fall on her young husband, and little children deprived in early life of a mother's watchful love, to them in this hour of sad bereavement the sympathy of the whole community go out without stint or reserve. HITE. Mrs. Nora Hite, wife of Ralph J. Hite of Newry, died on Saturday evening at 5:30 o'clock at the Nason hospital following an operation. She is survived by her husband and three children, Leo, Rosemary and Ferdinand. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic church, Newry.
