HOFFENBURG.

  Mrs. Ida Hoffenburg, one of the oldest residents of Altoona, died at 
her home 1817 Thirteenth avenue, Wednesday evening at 5 o'clock.  She 
was 90 years of age and death was due to the frailties of advanced 
years.  However, up until quite recently she was able to be up and 
around and ten days ago was down street.  The deceased was a native of 
Russia but had lived in this country for about twenty-five years.  She 
is survived by two daughters, Mrs. W. G. Goodman of 2123 Eighth avenue, 
and Mrs. Joseph Levin of 1817 Eighth avenue, the husbands of the two 
women being Goodman & Levin.  A son Gersun Hoffenburg of Chicago, also 
survives.
