ROBERT ALLAN HOFMANN

Formerly of Altoona, died Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock in St. Joseph 
hospital, Elmira, New York.  He had been seriously ill for several 
weeks.  Born in Altoona, Dec. 17, 1930, he was the son of Samuel L. and 
Anna (Rittenhouse) Hofmann.  Members of the family include his parents, 
three brothers, David Roy, Glenn Edward and Charles Louis; his 
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Hofmann of 512 Fourth street, Altoona, 
the former a retired car clerk for the Altoona freight station; and his 
maternal grandmother, Mrs. Richard Earle, 508 Fifth avenue, Juniata.
