RUTH A. HOGANS

Of 2418 Sixth avenue, died at 1.50 o'clock yesterday morning in the 
Altoona hospital. She was born May 8, 1913, in Chambersburg, the 
daughter of David B. and Alice (Jefferson) Hogans. Surviving are one 
daughter, Regina, and one son, Oliver, at home; one sister, Mrs. 
Frances Spriggs, and two brothers, Daniel and David Hogans, all of 
Altoona. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist church and the auxiliary 
to the Elks lodge. Friends will be received at the home of her sister, 
Mrs. Frances Spriggs of 1800 Twelfth avenue, after 7 o'clock this 
evening.
