Hollen, 93, of 400 Lancaster Avenue, Stevens, PA, and formerly of Bellwood, died at 12:50 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, 1994, at the Denver Nursing Home, Stevens, PA following an extended illness. She was born Nov. 9, 1900, in Antis Township, the daughter of Robert H. and Florence (Yingling) Miller. On Nov. 23, 1921 in Bellwood, she married Harry E. Hollen, who survives. She is survived by one son and two daughters: Guy D. Hall, Bellwood, Dorothy M. Benn, Denver; B. Ann Hall, Thompsontown; 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Also surviving is one brother, Robert Rexford Miller, Bellwood. She was preceded in death by one son, Harold A. Hollen; by four brothers: George Miller, Harry Miller, Merrill Miller, Raymond Miller, and by five sisters, Dorothy McGuire, Lida Evans, Clara Young, Mary Markley and Verna McCoy. She was a member of me Calvary United Methodist Church, Bellwood. Luella was also a member of the Logan Valley Grange, Bellwood. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 30, 1994 at 2 p.m. at the Jon C. Russin Funeral Home, Bellwood with the Rev. James Taylor officiating. Interment will be at Logan Valley Cemetery, Bellwood. Friends will be received from 12 noon until 2 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
