All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ _________________________________________ HOMAN David Wilson Homan died last night at 10:30 o'clock at his home at 504 Betts street, Gaysport, death being caused by paralysis, he having suffered a stroke on last Friday night. He was a son of David and Sarah Homan, deceased, and was born at Tyrone on June 3, 1855, and has resided in Gaysport for the past 25 years, where he has been employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad company. For the past three years he was employed as cabin boss on the construction train. He was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church, Wanita Lodge No. 1142, I.O.O.F., of Hollidaysburg and the Knights of Malta of this city. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Clarissa (Ferree) Homan and by three brothers, Samuel and William of Williamsburg and Arthur of Johnstown. The funeral announcement will be made later.
