Homer of 434 Sixth avenue, died at 8.11 o'clock yesterday morning at the Mercy hospital of influenza complicated with kidney trouble. She was admitted to the hospital on Oct. 9. She was 20 years old. She was a daughter of Benjamin F. Davis of Canton, O., and was born at Homestead, Pa., Dec. 2, 1897. She is survived by her husband, one son, Melvin, aged two years, and also her father, two brothers and two sisters. She has been a resident of this city since her marriage three years ago. The funeral of Miss Viola Homer will be held from the home at 435 Sixth avenue, on Thursday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock, with interment in Rose Hill cemetery. Rev.
