HOOVER 40, of 106 Jones St., Hollidaysburg, died at 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, 1980, at her home, following an extended illness. Mrs. Hoover was employed as an aide at the Allegheny Lutheran Home, Hollidaysburg. She was born Oct. 13, 1940, in Hollidaysburg, the daughter of Ralph D. and Mary 0. (Leopold) Salyards, and June 14, 1969, in Hollidaysburg, married James I. Hoover. Surviving are her husband, three children. Kelly Marie, Jeffrey. Eldon and Katherine Lynn at home, her mother of Hollidaysburg and 12 brothers and sisters, Ralph D. Jr., Arthur, Nelson, Jerry, Mrs. Helen Metzgar, Mrs. Bertha Buchanan, Mrs. Mary Botteicher and Mrs. Anael White of Hollidaysburg, Elmer of Ebensburg, Carl of Altoona, Robert of East Freedom, Mrs. Margaret Stevens of Lakemont. Mrs. Hoover attended the Pleasant Valley Assembly of God Church. She was a 1958 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area High School. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the Plank & Stitt Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg. HOOVER - Services for Judy E. Hoover of 106 Jones St., Hollidaysburg, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Plank & Stitt Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg, by Pastor Robert Hafner.
