Horner, of 224 Front street, Lakemont, well known as a former restaurateur and lodge man in this city, died at his home at 4:15 o'clock Thursday morning, of apoplexy. He was aged 44 years. Mr. Horner was born in Centre county, February 28, 1872, but had been a resident of this vicinity for many years. He formerly conducted a restaurant on East Twelfth street, this city. He is survived by a wife and the following children: Ralph, Paul, Ruth and Lloyd. He was a member of the First United Brethren church, of Lieutenant S. C. Potts post No. 12, Sons of Veterans; Washington camp No. 60, P.O.S. of A., Modern Woodmen of American and Lakemont Volunteer Fire department. The funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the late home in charge of the Rev. C. S. Parker. Interment will be made in Rose Hill cemetery.
