Of 708 Sheridan street, died at 11 o'clock last night in Mercy hospital 
where she was admitted on Tuesday.  She was born in Altoona Feb. 6, 
1875, a daughter of Alexander and Mary (Sorrick) Keith and was the 
widow of Harry E. Houck, who died 17 years ago.  Surviving are one 
daughter and one son, Mrs. Gladys M. Gearhart of the city and Kenneth 
C. of Ganister, nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, one 
sister and two brothers.  Mrs. Margaret Kritzer and Harvey Keith of the 
city and Emory of Juniata.  A daughter, Mildred May, preceded her in 
death.  Mrs. Houck was a life member of the Third E.U.B. church. 
Friends will be received at the Mauk & Yates funeral home, Juniata, 
from noon tomorrow until 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon and thereafter at 
the church.
