HOUSEMEN

  Mrs. Daniel Houseman died at 8 o'clock Wednesday evening of a 
complication of diseases, at Pavia, aged 71 years.  She was born at 
Blue Knob Sept. 8, 1847, and she spent almost her entire life there.  
Besides her husband, she is survived by one sister, Mrs. Daniel Wertz, 
Pavia, Bedford county.  Two step children, Grant Houseman, and Mrs. 
Daniel Sheets, also survive.  Private funeral services will be held at 
11 o'clock this morning from the chapel of the Lafferty and Tobias 
undertaking establishment.  Burial in Fairview cemetery.
