DANIEL RUSSEL HOWLAND

Died at 3:40 o'clock Saturday afternoon at his home at Blair Furnace, 
of tuberculosis, aged 38 years.  He was a telegraph operator by 
occupation and had worked in the telegraph tower at Blair Furnace.  He 
leaves a wife and five children, all girls, the oldest being 10 years.  
The funeral took place this afternoon at 3 o'clock from his late 
residence.  Interment in Asbury cemetery.
