Local Brevities.

  Carl Brinton Howorth, son of Ebenezer C. and Eva G. Howorth, died at 
the residence of the parents, No. 1019 Fifth avenue, at 11.30 o'clock 
Thursday night, aged 12 days.  The funeral will take place this 
afternoon at 2 o'clock.  Interment at Fairview cemetery.
