SAMUEL HATFIELD HUFMAN.

  Samuel Hatfield Hufman, son of Augustine and Anna Hufman, both 
deceased, died at his home, 1511 Ninth street, at 3:15 o'clock 
yesterday morning from cirrhosis of the liver and rapid consumption.  
He was born at Mapleton, December 25, 1944, and was aged 39 years, 1 
month and 17 days.  Mr. Hufman was married to Miss Eugenia Glunt, April 
15, 1906, and is survived by his widow and three children, Trella, 
Mildred and Naomi, also one sister, Mrs. Catharine Davis.  He was a 
member of the First Church of Christ, the P.R.R. Relief association and 
the Mystic Order of Sphinx.  Funeral service will be held at his late 
home, 1511 Ninth street, Wednesday at 2 p.m., after which they will 
proceed to First Church of Christ.  Interment in Fairview cemetery.
