MRS. EMMA EDNA HUMM,

Of 213 E. 1st Ave., died at her home at 8.15 p.m. yesterday after an 
extended illness.  She was born in Altoona Aug. 6, 1888, a daughter of 
John and Anna (Leighty) Bowers, and married Harry M. Humm, who died 
Dec. 31, 1943.  Surviving are four children, Mrs. Joseph Tamp, with 
whom she resided, Mrs. William Black and Mrs. Louise Hanes of the city 
and Fred R. of Stow, N.Y.; 12 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, one 
brother, Albert of Martinsburg, and a half-brother, David of 
Huntingdon.  She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.  Friends 
will be received at the Axe Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today.
