Hunt, of 611 Fourth avenue, died at Mercy hospital at 7 o'clock last evening of a complication of diseases. He had been in poor health for the past eight years and since the death of his daughter, Mrs. Edith Crawford, who resided at 700 Crawford avenue and who passed away on the 22nd of last May, he fell into a decline from which he never rallied. He had been a patient in the hospital for the past nine weeks. He was born in Huntingdon county, sixty-nine years ago and was united in marriage with Miss Annie Hudson, of Philipsburg, November 28, 1870, who survives with the following children, Mrs. Mary Baker who is a patient at the Cresson sanitarium, Mrs. Nellie Keener of Reading and William, Edward, Chester and Mrs. Sue Levan all of this city. Two brothers, James Hunt of Juniata and Levi Hunt of this city, and two sisters, Mrs. Susan McGregor of Altoona and Mrs. Sarah Harshberger of Petersburg, Pa., also survive. He was a member of the Eighth Avenue Methodist church and of the P.R.R. relief. Funeral arrangements to be announced later.
