MISS FLOY HUNTER

Of 622 7th Ave., died in Mercy Hospital at 1:30 a.m. today after an 
extended illness.  She was born in Bellwood Dec. 15, 1877, a daughter 
of Thomas and Rachel (Carter) Hunter.  Surviving are a sister, Mrs. 
Bessie Shepherd of Orlando, Fla., and several nieces and nephews.  She 
was a member of the Fifth Avenue Methodist Church and Branches of the 
Vine Bible Class.  Miss Hunter was a retired Pennsylvania Railroad 
telephone operator, having served at Bellwood, Cresson, Johnstown and 
Greensburg.  Friends will be received at the Books Funeral Home after 7 
p.m. tomorrow.
