Hunter, after an illness of five weeks of la grippe, died at his home, 222 East Eleventh street, at 9.20 o'clock yesterday morning. The deceased was born at Chambersburg, Pa., February 21, 1851, and at death was aged 48 years, 11 months and 7 days. He was a barber by occupation and, except a short period absent in Ohio last year, had carried on his trade in Tyrone for the past nineteen years. He was an expert workman. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Laura Hunter, and four daughters and two sons, viz: Mrs. George Snyder, Mrs. U. G. Crampton, Maude, Daisy, Albert and James Hunter, all residing in Tyrone. Funeral services will be held at his late home to-morrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, to be conducted by Rev. A. Smothers, interment to follow in Tyrone cemetery.
