HOLLIDAYSBURG HAPPENINGS.

  George Hyle, formerly of Canoe Creek, this county, died at Wellsburg, 
W.Va., on Tuesday at 11.30 p.m., of paralysis, aged 81 years, 11 
months.  The deceased is survived by four children, viz.: David ?, of 
Frankstown township; J. S. of Wilkinsburg, Pa.; Mrs. K. M. Slagle, of 
East Brady, Pa., and Mrs. J. Cummings, of Wellsburg.  The remains were 
brought here to McFarland's undertaking rooms last evening.  Brief 
funeral services will be held at the grave in the Presbyterian cemetery 
this morning at 9 o'clock.
