ICKES Of Loop Station, died at 12.30 p.m. yesterday in Mercy Hospital where she was admitted on Monday. She was born at Covedale Feb. 7, 1898, a daughter of Hezekiah and Clara (Mench) Colbert, but was reared in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Keasey, who adopted her in 1906. On June 11, 1918, at Cumberland, Md., she married Charles W. Ickes. Surviving are her husband, four sons, Paul of Brunswick, N.J., William of Phoenix, Ariz., Robert of Hollidaysburg RD 1, and Fred and Cleveland, Ohio; eight grandchildren, a brother and sister, Mrs. Raymond Decker and Melvin K. of the city. She was a member of the Hollidaysburg Church of God, Fidelas Bible Class and Hollidaysburg Chapter, O.E.S. Friends will be received at the Creamer & Plank Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today.
