MRS. RUTH R. ICKES

Of 1927 Third avenue, wife of Lloyd B. Ickes, sr., died at her home at 
7 o'clock last evening.  Mrs. Ickes was born in Altoona Jan. 23, 1894, 
the daughter of Edward and Smma [Emma] (Reilley) Snow.  Mrs. Ickes was 
a member of the Second Lutheran church.  She was twice married, her 
first husband, Roy Taylor preceded her in death.  Surviving are her 
second husband, two sons, Lloyd B. Ickes, jr., of Bellefonte and James 
R. Taylor of Washington, D.C.; one brother, Ralph Snow of Altoona; one 
granddaughter, Linda Ickes of Bellefonte.  Friends will be received at 
the N. A. Stevens mortuary after 7 o'clock this evening.
