MRS. MARY ELIZABETH IRWIN

Widow of Alexander Irwin, died last night at 11:35 o'clock, at her 
home, 3009 Fifth avenue, of a complication of diseases after a short 
illness.  She was born on March 21, 1855, in Altoona, a daughter of 
Philip and Catherine (Mull--) Shotts.  Mr. Irwin died on July 16, 1932. 
Surviving are two sons and a daughter, Harry E. and Miss Catherine 
Irwin, both at home, and Philip Irwin of Altoona.  She is also survived 
by three grandchildren.  She was the last member of her immediate 
family.  She was a member of the Adventist church.  Funeral services 
will be conducted on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home, in 
charge of Rev. Carey S. Thomas, pastor of the First Baptist church. 
Interment will follow in Rose Hill cemetery.
