He was born December 6, 1922 in Bellwood, a son of the late Robert M. and Verna O. (Smith) Isenberg. He married Patricia J. Wyland on September 6, 1947 at Trinity United Methodist Church, Bellwood. Mr. Isenberg is survived by his wife, sons Richard A. and wife Lori of Bellwood, Timothy N. of Altoona, a daughter Karen E. Davensizer and husband Walt of Bellwood, grandchildren Dustin and Jeremy Isenberg, Brandi and Heidi Davensizer and Elizabeth Isenberg. He was preceded in death by brother, Robert M. Jr. and sister Marjorie E. Figard. He retired as a laborer at the store house with Conrail in 1983 with 45 years of service. He was a 1941 graduate of Bellwood-Antis High School and an Army veteran of World War II serving in the European theater. Mr. Isenberg enjoyed walking, the outdoors, hunting and metal detecting. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, January 31, 2003 at the Jon C. Russin Funeral Home, Bellwood with Rev. Robert Rupp officiating. There will be no public viewing. Interment will be at Logan Valley Cemetery, Bellwood. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Dick's memory may be made to the charity of individual choice.
