ADALINE IVORY Of 817 Bell avenue, died at 7 o'clock last evening after an extended illness at the home of a daughter, Mrs. L. M. Stevens. Mrs. Ivory was born in Chest Spring May 30, 1864, a daughter of Joseph and Cecelia (Conrad) Zerbee, and was married to Alex Ivory Oct. 5, 1886, at St. Augustine by Rev. Martin Ryan. Mr. Ivory died 31 years ago. To this union were born 11 children, eight of whom survive. They are, Zerbee and Jerry Ivory and Mrs. Stevens, all of Altoona; Victor of Goodland, Ind., John of Greenlane, Clarence of Lancaster, Frank of Bristol and Mrs. J. M. Toner of Riverside, N.J.; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Ivory of Loretto, R.D., and Mrs. Victoria McNelis of Altoona, and two brothers, John Zerbee of Dysart and Edward of Gallitzin, seventeen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic church. Friends will be received at the home after 7 o'clock this evening. Altoona Mirror, Monday, November 26, 1951
