He had been under treatment for the past 16 months. He was born in Windber, Aug. 7, 1936, the son of John D. Jack, principal of Williamsburg schools and Kathryn (Wagner) Jack. He had just completed the sixth grade of the Williamsburg schools and was a member of the Methodist church Sunday school, Williamsburg, and active in church activities. He was also a member of the Cub Scouts, pack 53, Williamsburg, and the Summer Junior band of Williamsburg. Surviving are his parents and the paternal and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel H. Jack and Mr. and Mrs. Curtis G. Wagner. Friends will be received at the home after 7 o'clock this evening. Earl N. Rowe. Interment in the Lloyds cemetery, Ebensburg. Friends will be received at the home after 7 o'clock this evening and until 1.20 o'clock Monday afternoon after which it will lie in state at the church until time for service.
