After months of intense suffering, patiently borne with Christian fortitude, Mrs. Anna Elizabeth, the beloved wife of George M. Jackson, died early yesterday morning of heart disease at her husband's residence, No. 1208 Sixth avenue, after an illness dating back several months. She was in the 34th year of her age and was the daughter of Archibald and Elizabeth Shaw, of 1206 Sixth avenue. On October 27, 1881, she was united in marriage to Mr. Jackson, three children resulting from the union, the youngest being 5 months old. Besides these, the husband, parents, two sisters and one brother survived. The deceased was a consistent member of the Second Presbyterian church. The funeral will take place to-morrow afternoon. Services will be conducted at the house at 2 o'clock by Rev. Arthur W. Spooner and the interment will be made in Oak Ridge cemetery. Morning Tribune, Altoona, Pa., Wednesday, April 22, 1891
